Tax Avoidance and Tax Evasion: is one better than the other?

As regular American citizens are rushing to meet the April 18 tax filing deadline, their "representatives" in the government and both houses are debating how to "tax" them more while ensuring corporations, who by the way not only get tax cuts and bailouts, but also get tax rebates, lower lawyer costs. Before, if corporations such as the ones listed below had to hire expensive lawyers to avoid millions of dollars in tax avoidance and possibly evasion, now they don't need as skilled of a lawyer to do so. Tax cuts are saving corporations money twice!
